Simply stated, if you find an identical new item being sold by any of our competitors with a published sales price lower than our price, we will beat their published price, or the item is Free!

"Price" refers to the total delivered cost, including product cost, shipping and handling charges, and any applicable sales tax. We must be able to verify the price and the associated charges and they must be published on the Internet or in print. The customer must provide us with a url or a copy of the ad at our request. Payment terms must be similar to ours and it is up to TaxCalcUSA to determine if a firm is a "competitor" who is engaged full time in the sale of tax software.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms
• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others
• Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.

We Absolutely do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our consumers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and affiliates who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Referral Bonus Program

Here is how it works.  When you recommend a new customer, you will be credited with a $20 bonus that you can use toward any future purchase.  Each time you send us a new customer your account credit grows.   Recommend 5 customers and receive $100 in bonuses.  If 10 new customers tell us you recommended them, you get $200.  There is no limit.  Just think, next year you could get all your software and forms for FREE.

Here is what you do.  Tell all your friends and colleagues about AmeriCalc and the other great product we sell at low prices.  When you come across someone who has not discovered TaxCalcUSA (there are still a few out there), encourage them to buy AmeriCalc and our other products.  Ask them to give your name to our operator when they place their order.   If they order via our website, ask them to include your name and company name in the “Comments” field (even better than your name is your customer number).  That’s it.   We will keep track of your referral credit balance and automatically apply it to your next order.

Here are the details.  You must be an existing customer of ours when the new customer places their order.  The person or company you recommend must never have been a TaxCalcUSA customer. Your credits can be applied toward the product price of any future purchase of anything we sell.  It can not be applied to the shipping and handling.  The credits applied to an order can not exceed the product total of that order.  Any remaining credits will be held in your account for your next order.  Credits not used in two years may expire.  This is a test program and we reserve the right to stop issuing additional referral bonuses at any time without notice.

TaxCalcUSA reserves the right to refuse to sell or license any product to anyone for any reason.  We shall, at our sole discretion, reject or rescind any sale which we deem not to be in our, our customers', or our suppliers' best interest.  Such reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected, Proven or Admitted License abuse.
• Infringement of patents, copyrights or intellectual property rights belonging to TaxCalcUSA or our suppliers.
• The use of a product for any purpose other than its intended purpose.
• Competitive and/or marketing reasons.

Should TaxCalcUSA, at its sole discretion, deem it to be necessary to rescind a sale, all funds collected up to that time for the products in question, including shipping and handling plus return postage will be refunded by TaxCalcUSA upon receipt of all requested products.

Our software is licensed not sold.  As stated in the license agreement shipped with our products, TaxCalcUSA reserves the right to terminate the license agreement for all products we publish.  We may exercise this right, at our sole discretion, if at anytime we deem the customer's use of our product to not to be in our, or our supplier's best interest.  Such reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected, Proven or Admitted License abuse.
• Infringement of patents, copyrights or intellectual property rights belonging to TaxCalcUSA or our suppliers.
• The use of a product for any purpose other than its intended and licensed purpose.
• Refund requested by the customer.
• Competitive and/or marketing reasons.

Should TaxCalcUSA, at its sole discretion, deem it to be necessary to terminate a license, all funds collected up to that time for the products in question, including shipping and handling plus return postage will be refunded by TaxCalcUSA upon receipt of all original packaging, discs and documentation.

It is our policy that all sales be prepaid by either check or credit card.  In the event that an account falls into unpaid status, we will issue a bill.  All bills are due and payable immediately.  If a bill is not paid 30 days from the first bill date, we reserve the right to add interest at the rate 1.5 % per month form the date of the first bill.  Furthermore, if a product was purchase at a special "early buy" or other promotional price and is not paid before the expiration of that early buy period, we reserve the right to adjust the purchase price to the regular price.

We also reserve the right to collect any and all reasonable expenses incurred as a result of the failure to pay.  This includes but is not limited to returned check fees, collection fees and attorney fees and other related expenses.  In the event of a bad debt, we reserve the right to share you account information with others including:

• Collection Agencies and firms
• Consumer and Commercial credit reporting organizations
• Industry Organizations.
• Members of our trade

This supersedes and rights or privileges granted to you under our privacy policy.
