Blank Paper Printing
Each version of WinFiler comes standard with the ability to print onto pre-printed forms. However, you can upgrade WinFiler to the Blank Forms* edition. This is our most popular option. It gives you the ability to print directly onto blank paper, saving the time and expense of buying preprinted forms and lining them up in your printer. WinFiler Plus autmatically includes the Blank Forms ability.

Express Services
This feature, already part of WinFiler and WinFiler Plus, provides an easy solution for outsourcing your printing, mailing, and or e-filing of W-2, 1099 and 941 forms through a convenient internet connection.

Network Upgrade
To run WinFiler or WinFiler Plus on a network, just add 3, 5, 10, 15, 25 or 50 users to the base product. The network version needs to be installed on a computer with a Windows 2000, NT or XP operating system, but can be configured to run on non-Windows networks, such as Novell.

WinFiler Plus ‘08– Quarterly Updates
With WinFiler Plus 2008, you can download quarterly form updates for free!

WinFiler
WinFiler ships in November of the program year. In other words, if you wish to do year end payroll reporting for calendar 2007, you need WinFiler '07 which will begin shipping in November of 2007.

WinFiler Plus
WinFiler Plus begins shipping by January of the program year and has updates in April, June, September and December. In other words, if you wish to use WinFiler Plus to do payroll reporting starting with the first quarter of 2008, you need WinFiler Plus '08 which will begin shipping by January 2008.

Our Order Assumptions
If you order WinFiler now, we will assume that you want WinFiler '07 that will begin shipping in November. If you order WinFiler Plus now, we will assume that you want WinFiler Plus '08 which will begin shipping in December 07. If you want a product for a different year, please be certain to specify the year.
